  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Shipping Fee: €12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes a piece may not meet your expectations in person. Our returns policy is designed to be as elegant and straightforward as our furniture collections.

General Conditions

  • You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange
  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our custom craftsmanship, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (including certain Armoire Angle pieces made to your specifications)
  • Items marked as « final sale » or purchased during promotions
  • Vintage or collection pieces
  • Certain Armoire avec Miroir and Meuble coiffeuse items made to order

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

Email your return/exchange request to [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Order Number]
  • Your full name, email, and phone number
  • Product name (e.g., Vitrine or Fauteuil tissu) and quantity
  • Reason for return (defective, not as described, change of mind)
  • For exchanges: specify the new item desired

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

We’ll respond within 24 business hours with return authorization and detailed shipping instructions.

Step 3: Return Shipment

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Use the recommended return service from our instructions.

Step 4: Processing

Once received and inspected (within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you about your refund status or ship your exchange item.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Amount: Only the item price will be refunded; original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship your new item once the original return is approved
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the new item costs more
  • For significant price differences, we’ll contact you to arrange payment
